Hvis jeg kigger på din side så ser jeg du mangler DOCTYPE for dokumentet og det betyder faktisk at browseren ikke ved hvad den skal og prøver at gætte sig frem.

Nu er det rimelig html (næsten validérbar med undtagelsen <embed> omend jeg ikke helt forstå din brug af tabeller. Det burde ikke være nødvendigt at have tabel i tabel i den her situation.
