How to try my form spam filter?

Hello guys!

Is there an easy way to send a form in a request?

Right now I would like to try out my spam filter implemented from http://www.willmaster.com/library/manage-forms/form_spam_prevention.php#G1337847475875.

I guess I could create an app like:
http://bytes.com/topic/java/answers/18723-how-send-request-jsp-standalone-java-program
But I guess there must be a certain way to create a form and fill it with values and attach it to the request, and the in some way send the request? (Been in programming business for pretty long but have never done it at this level)

Or is there any easier way, perhaps with telnet?

Best regards
Fredrik
