nej der er ikke regler oprette. og domærnet som de mails kommer fra har jeg lagt i dem som jeg har tilid til manualt.

To summarize: The junk mail filter appears to be configured on a per-mailbox (email address) basis, which is perfect in my opinion.  The issue is that there doesn't appear to be a way to configure this within the GUI.  The workaround that I've discovered is to send an email message to each of your email addresses, then open each message, and while in each message, adjust your junk mail filter settings.  You will notice as you edit the settings within each message that the configuration window title bar will reflect that you are adjusting the settings for mailbox *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  Once you configure the settings for each of your test messages, the test messages can be deleted.
I have also seen it suggested to disable the junk mail filter entirely via a registry adjustment, however I really didn't want to disable my safe/blocked senders lists, just Outlook's perception of what is junk via the junk mail filters.
