Formular vises ikke rigtigt i mailboks

Jeg har et opmålingsskema, der fungere rigtig godt - lige på nær at når det ender i mailboksen skå kan den ikke læse æ ø og å. Hvordan får jeg den til det?

Kan du slet ikke se tegnene, eller bliver de bare forvanskede?

charmander - det kan det være fordi du ændre æ,ø,å via http://dk2.php.net/htmlentities og så derefter sender mailen afsted som plan/txt.
