Lets start by verifying that the Upload tool got installed. If it did, then delete it and then re-install it. The steps below will walk you through the process.
1. Quit Internet Explorer if it is running, and disconnect from the Internet.
2. Right click on the Icon for Internet Explorer (this icon will be either on your desktop or you can find it by clicking the Start button.).
3. Click Internet or Internet Options.
4. On the General tab, click Settings.
5. Click View Objects.
6. Right-click any of the following that are listed, and choose "Remove".
- MSN Photo Upload Control
NOTE: If you see more than one file with the same name, remove each copy of the file. They may be named slightly differently.
7. Close out of all the Internet property windows.
8. Log back into MSN Photos, and attempt to download the Photo Upload Tool and upload your pictures again.
If you are still unable to upload your pictures, Repeat the above steps again but before attempting to download the Photo Upload Tool follow the steps below first.
