Start fejlsikret tilstand via kommandopromt?

Du kan ikke starte fejlsikret tilstand fra kommandopromten, men du kan ved Genstart/ Opstart, ved at trykke <F8> vælge 1. fejlsikret tilstand (kommandoprompt), 2. fejlsikret tilstand, 3. fejlsikret tilstand med netværk.
Du kan ikke fra et normalt kørende Windows, gå i  kommandopromten og starte fejlsikret tilstand.

Problemet er at pc'en ikke vil starte fejlsikret via F8 under opstart.

Pc'en starter kører VISTA, og inden den går ind i windows får vi en boks der der hedder "Indstillinger for systemgenoprettelse" Her kan vi vælge et tastetur layout, og vælger "dansk", så får vi en stor boks med samme navn. Her kan vi vælge Starreperation - Systegendannelse - Windows Complete PC gendannelse - Windows hukommelsesdiagnosticering - komandopromt - Recovery manager

Vi har ingen cd'er med recovery, eller noget som helst. Har bare fået computeren som den er, og skal prøve at fixe den. :)

Hvilken computer ? ? ?  Mærke navn og model nr., så har vi større muligheder for at vejlede jer korrekt.

Restore the PC to its original condition with the HP Recovery Manager from within Windows Vista
If the PC can be started and launches into Windows, use the HP Recovery Manager on the hard drive to restore the PC to the original factory condition by following the steps below.
Click Start  and type Recovery in the search field. Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The HP Recovery Manager opens.
Alternately, click Start  , All Programs , Recovery Manager , and then Recovery Manager . Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The HP Recovery Manager opens.
Click Advanced options , System recovery , and then click Next . The PC will restart.
Alternately, if Advanced options is disabled, click Next , and then System Recovery . The PC will restart.
When the PC restarts, select the System recovery option and click Next .
If prompted to use the Microsoft System Restore program, click No , and then click Next .
When prompted, select the Back up your files first (recommended) option, and then click Next . Follow the on-screen instructions.
When prompted to Recover without backing up your files , please STOP before clicking Next .
This is the final opportunity to change your mind about recovering the PC and deleting all the files at this time. Once you click Next , the restore process cannot be stopped
If you are satisfied that you want to begin the recover process, click Next . The PC immediately begins formatting the hard drive and destroying all data.
The recovery process may take up to several hours and will return the PC to its original condition. Any custom settings, drivers, software programs and updates, and/or hardware updates are lost and must be reinstalled.
NOTE:  If the recovery discs that were created fail or become corrupted, see order a replacement CD or DVD with the original operating system from HP. 

Restore the PC to its original condition with the HP Recovery Manager if Windows Vista is not accessible
If the PC cannot launch into Windows, it may still be possible to use the HP Recovery Manager on the hard drive to restore the computer to the original operating condition by following the steps below.
Press the Power button to start the PC and immediately press the F11 key to open the HP Recovery Manager.
If the HP Recovery Manager can access the hard drive, a prompt is displayed to backup the user files before beginning the recovery. Follow any on-screen instructions.
If the HP Recovery Manager cannot access the hard drive to fix any system errors, use the set of recovery discs to recover the hard drive to its original condition.

Altså  Recovery manager .

PC gendannes til Factory default/Fabriksindstillingerne, altså som den var, da den forlod fabrikken, så husk straks efter Recovery at der sksal aktiveres antivirus og opdateringer skal hentes på Windows Update.
