Flere databaser på lovalhost

Jeg forsøger at oprette endnu en database på localhost via config.inc.php
Her er hvad jeg har indtastet:

Jeg kan så vælge mellem localhost(root) og localhost(dummy) i phpmyadmin. Men hvis jeg vælger dummy får jeg en fejl: Access denied for user: 'dummy@localhost' (Using password: YES)

Hvad mangler jeg at gøre?
