formail hvordan lave jeg html??

Hejsa.

Der hvor jeg har webhotel bliver der kun bruget et formmail som er hente fra http://www.scriptarchive.com/formmail.html

Og jeg ved intet om hvordan man kode i det sprog...
Så hvordan får jeg lavet sådan at jeg kan sende html som mail i stede for bare tekst??
