Kan ikke modtage mail med vedhæftning
Min broder har et lidt underligt problem, når han skal modtage mails fra en bestemt afsender.Når afsenderen har vedhæftet en fil, kommer den aldrig frem til min broder, der i mod får afsenderen nedenstående fejl. Hvis der ikke er en vedhæftet fil, så kommer mails fint frem.
Hvad kan skabe det problem, og hvem skal man tage fat i for at få rettet fejlen?
