ART PROJECT QUESTIONNAIRESecure CSS Style-able form questionnaire with data and images pulled from Facebook for an art project. This rest of the project will be programmed by others, should you accept this job you will only need to code the above part of the project - The rest will be done in house. The php-xml system will we wrapped in an Jquery/ CSS container featuring sound and animation. A custom OPENGL client will interpret the data an generate a personal video for each questionnaire - mixing the personal data from the questionnaire with statistics from OECD, linking global and personal events.
