Problemer med Java skribt

Tror jeg har problemer med noget javaskribt på min nye bærbare. vil nemlig gerne bruge noget som hedder dynamisk budget via min netbank men kan ikke komme på og får følgende fejl:

Har prøvet at opdatere java og det skulle være den nyeste jeg har. Havde ingen problemer på den gamle PC.

Hej
Spørgsmålet er lukket da jeg selv har fundet et svar.
Det var frie-waalen som blokkede det dynamisk budget.
