Email Alerts in job searching database

Hello Experts,

I am working on a site which has job searching and uploading functionality...Jobs are stored in SQL SERVER DATABASE....Also i've given an administration panel by which admin can login and upload new jobs...User's can search jobs from the website..Also i've a separate table which stored names and email address of users who wish to add themselves for job alerts...
Now how can i integrate this in my site...basically the jobs which are uploaded by admin sends an alert to the user who have subscribed from the site...
