Åbn en tilfældig mappe, i menuen skal du klikke på Funktioner -> Mappeindstillinger -> Vis.
Fjern flueben ved "Skjul beskyttede operativsystemfiler" og ved "Skjul filtypenavne for kendte filtyper".
Sæt prik i "Vis skjulte filer og mapper".

søg efter og slet følgende fil(er):

Kør scanneren mwav.exe, og sæt flueben i følgende: Memory, Startup folders, drive, Registry, System folders og Services.
Sæt prik i følgende: All local drives og Scan all files. Tryk på Scan Clean.
Scanningen kan godt nogen tid.

Kør Cleanup. Gå til option og sæt flueben ved cookies, prefetch, temp og all users. Tryk på “cleanup”.

Start KillBox, sæt prik i "Delete on reboot", kopier nedenstående filnavn(e) til tekstfeltet i Killbox og klik herefter på den røde knap med det hvide kryds. Gentag det for alle filerne, men sig først ja til at genstarte, når du kommer til den sidste fil. Du skal genstarte i fejlsikret tilstand.

Start -> kør -> skriv "cleanmgr" -> Slet Temporary internet files, papirkurv og midlertidige filer. Gentag for alle dine drev.

Genstart computeren normalt. Lav en ny log med HijackThis, og send den herind.

Ifølge denne side: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.atendo@mm.html#removalinstructions har du stadig en virus tilbage på din computer (pga. nav32.exe filen i loggen).

Følg de fem trin i linke, hvor du i trin 2 opdaterer din Panda Antivirus program, i trin 4 scanner med Panda Antivirus programmet, og i trin 5 følge præcis hvad der står. I trin 5 skal du også slette C:\WINDOWS\system32\jt8407lqe.dll.

Bagefter laver du en ny hijackthis-log til mig.

ejvindh, du må hellerer tage over.

Jeg tror faktisk, at du er ved at have den ren. Men de O23-linier kan godt drille lidt, hvis man bare fixer dem med HJT.

Men det kan vi checke på denne måde:
Klik på Start-kør. Skriv: Services.msc Tast OK.
Find følgende services, højreklik på dem og vælg egenskaber. Under starttype vælger du deaktiveret. Klik også på Stop:
"windows virus scanner"

Genstart herefter computeren, og lav en ny HJT-log, som du lægger herind til check

Gem filen på dit Skrivebord og dobbeltklik på l2mfix.exe. Klik på Install knappen og følg instruktionerne. Åben herefter den nye mappe der er dannet på dit Skrivebord (l2mfix). Dobbeltklik på l2mfix.bat og vælg option 1 (Run Find log) ved at taste "1" og "Enter". Din computer bliver nu scannet - efter et par minutter åbnes en tekstfil i Notesblok. Kopier indholdet herind.

Nå, det ser faktisk ud til at look2me-infektionen ikke er helt fjernet fra computeren endnu. Prøv derfor følgende:

Kopier indholdet mellem de stiplede linier ind i et notepad-vindue, og gem indholdet på skrivebordet som fixserv.reg (når du gemmer filen, skal du sikre dig, at der står "Alle filer" ud for "Filtyper")

Dobbeltklik herefter på den nye fil, og sig ja til at tilføje oplysningerne til registreringsdatabasen.

Gå ind i mappen l2mfix, og find filen l2mfix.bat. Højreklik på den, og vælg "Rediger". Så åbner der sig et notesblok-vindue. Her taster du ctrl-h.

L2Mfix vil fortsætte med at scanne din computer, og når den er færdig vil den være klar til en genstart. Tryk en taste for at genstarte. Efter genstarten, vil Notepad åbnes med en ny log. Kopiér indholdet af denne log ind i denne tråd.

Kør herefter fixserv.reg-filen igen.

Lav så en ny log med Hijackthis, som du også lægger herind sammen med loggen fra L2mfix.

Jeg synes maskinen kører fint og er meget glsd for den hjælp jeg har fået.

Grunden til at du ikke kan give point er, at vi ikke har lagt svar. Og grunden til det var, at jeg havde regnet med at få et par logs fra dig til check af om det hele er væk. Men det er naturligvis op til dig selv, så her kommer et svar fra mig.

For at gøre arbejdet helt færdig:
Det kan være en god ide og rydde op i systemgendannelses filerne. Deaktiver systemgendannelse (http://www.spywarefri.dk/virusscannere.htm#alle) - genstart din computer - aktiver systemgendannelse.
Og så kan det også være en god ide at skjule dine systemfiler og -mapper igen, så du ikke ved en fejl kommer til at slette en vigtig fil. Det gør du samme sted, hvor du satte det til at vise alle filer, denne gang vælger du bare: Vis ikke skjulte filer og mapper.

Det kan også være en god ide at få renset ud i dine midlertidige filer. Det kan gøres på en hurtig og nem måde med denne fil
