Self Test
This printer has an offline mode which allows the printer operation without connection to a computer.
With the printer powered on, press and hold the Resume button until the green indicator flashes the specified number of times to start each operation.
Release the resume button to execute the function.
Operations Number of Flashes Remarks
Print head cleaning 1 time ...
Nozzle check pattern print 2 times Set A4 size or larger paper and print
Roller cleaning 3 times Clean without paper and then clean with paper (A4 or larger)
Automatic print head alignment 4 times ...
Bottom plate cleaning 5 times Fold a sheet of paper (A4 or letter) in half. Then unfold and set in ASF
(folded side facing down)
