harddrive partitioned volume missing
Hello, My question is in english, please answer in danish....I have a 30 gb harddrive partitioned into 3 partitions...
C: System
D: Programs
E: Files
Windows 2003 server is installed on C and when I was setting sharing rights on the various drives, The E drive went missing.
When I click on the E drive icon under my computer, it says E:\ is not accessible. Access is denied. When I right click > properties...it says
type: Local Disk
File system: RAW
It simply says the E: partition is blank.
the other partitions give their size and are working and sharing fine. That is they only show the 12 gbs of data, there is no record of the other 18 missing gb.
When I right click mycomputer> manage > shares>
and try to add the E drive as a new share, it shows that the volume is there but when I try to add the (entire) drive, it says,
the following error occured while retreiving information on the path "\\?\E:\" Access is denied.
Any suggestions?
