Is it possible to copy system recovery partition and installing it on another

Hi,

I really need help..

I got a Acer Extensa laptop with Windows Vista(DK)version ..
  DM - Disk Management of Extensa laptop
No Name - (EISA Configuration Partition) 9.77GB
Acer C - (Boot,Page File,Crash Dump,Primary Partition) 140GB

But I want to install windows 7 english version on it.

I have a Acer Aspire laptop with has Windows 7(EN)version.
  DM - Disk Management of Aspire laptop
No Name - Healthy (Recovery Partition) 13GB
SYSTEM RESERVED - Healthy (System,Active,Primary Partition) 100MB
Acer C - (Boot,Page File,Crash Dump,Primary Partition) 453GB

I know, I have to Ghost/clone of Acer Extensa before putting the new ghost/clone of Acer Aspire.

But Is it possible... to ghost/clone the recovery and system reserved partition(as system reserved has the boot Database) of Acer Aspire and install this new clone/ghost on Acer Extensa laptop???

Vill this new clone/ghost come to work on extensa laptop??

How can i install the new clone to the extensa C drive as it will have the boot of vista?? 

please help I can't use extensa with danish language.. I tryed to do system restore but its same in danish.. its not changing language as its installed first time with danish language..

I couldt find better answer on google search.. :(.. so help me please..
