importing 5 .mov exporting 1 .mov (premiere)

I should add that they are huge flash files, many many layers and sometimes conflicting library names. This is why I dont just do it all in flash.

It might a conflict between the flash exported mov's framerate, and the one Premiere exports with. Premier exports with 29.97 frames pr sec. to quicktime, wich Ill bet your flash exported .mov's is not??? Anyway my premier experience is that you should not use it for compressing the videos, only editing and exporting in either uncompressed avi og .mov's, wich also explains why your files a huge after exporting from premier... they are probably still uncompressed. i usually take my uncompressed files from premier, and compresses them with Sorenson Squeeze 4.
