Jeg kom fra det igen.  f-arn, du foreslaar (gaar jeg ud fra) at jeg i stedet for HiJacksThis skal koere DDS og saa vise indholdet af DDS.txt her.  Den kommer nedenfor.

Hvis DDS.txt viser at der er 'snavs', saa fortael venligst.  Skulle det vise sig at der ikke er snavs, saa haaber jeg stadig paa tips til hvad der skulle kunne foraarsage langsommelighederne og hvad jeg kan goere ved det.

Der er ikke tegn på Malware, men jeg undrer mig over den AVG Firewall. Tidligere kørte du med en betalings AVG. Hvordan afinstallerede du den?

1.  Ingen tegn paa malware.  Det er godt.  Du svarede paa foerste halvdel af mit spoergsmaal og ingen andre har vaeret inde, saa opret venligst et svar.

2.  Hvis du ideer om hvad det saa kan skyldes at det ofte er saa langsommeligt ville jeg vaaere taknemmelig hvis du vil inkludere det i dit svar.  Som naevnt:

a.  Stifinder (explorer).  Jeg har nu igen installeret xampp.  Hvis jeg klikker paa plusset ved en mappe, saa faar jeg at se under-mapperne uden problemer, men hvis jeg ogsaa vil have de filer er sidder i mappen at se saa kan der gaa 20 sekunder og saa faar jeg et timeglas at se, og naar det har koert i endnu 20 sekunder dukker filerne op.  Hvis jeg saa klikkker paa en af filerne for at aabne den saa gentager proceduren sig, foerst ingenting, saa et timeglas, og saa kan jeg aabne.  Jeg naevner xampps, fordi det synes at vaere vaerst der og fordi jeg foerst lagde maerke til det efter at jeg havde installeret xampps foerste gang, men som tidligere fortalt fortsatte de problemer efter at jeg havde afinstalleret xampps.

b.  Internet adgang.  Jeg er i gang med at saette op en website paa webhotel Dreamhost ved hjaelp af Drupal.  Hvis jeg aendrer en indstilling, for eksempel aktiverer en modul eller aendre vaelger en anden layout, saa faar jeg foerst 'Loading' i lang tid, ofte saa det overskrider de 30 sekunder timeout, og derefter faar jeg 'Loading Dreamweaver' hvorefter jeg saa faar handlingen gennemfoert.  Det forekommer ogsaa i andre sammenhaeng.

Har du prøvet sfc /scannow?

f-arn, det med afinstallering af AVG glemte jeg at svare paa.  Jeg kan egenlig ikke huske hvordan det gik til, men jeg har nu AVG gratis.

Jeg er paa et par dages ferie hvor hensyn til konen overskykker hensyn til komputeren (det sker af og til) og derefter skal jeg et par dage til Danmark og ordne nogle affaerer (jeg bor i Belgien,) saa det kommer nok til at vare lidt inden jeg faar fulgt op paa dine raad.

Det er fordi du bruger AVG free, den Firewall undrede mig. (Ikke burde være der)

Saa er jeg hjemme igen.

Det jeg haaber paa med denne traad er "paedagogisk" hjaelp til at loese langsommeligheds problemerne.  Paedagogisk forstaaet saaledes at jeg faar forslag til hvad jeg skal, ikke kun hvad der er forkert, og forslag der er forstaaeligt paa mit amatoer niveau og hvor jeg forstaar sammenhaengen.

En naerliggende tanke er naturligvis at langsommelighed skyldes 'snavs' paa komputeren.  Men hverken Malwarebytes, HiJacksThis, eller DDS viser tegn paa 'snavs'.

f-arn, saa mener du, tilsyneladende, at langsommeligheden kan skyldes ufuldstaendig afinstallering af AVG betalignsloesning og problemer med Firewall, og du foreslaar at jeg koerer appremover.  Det har jeg nu gjort.  Efter 'deep scanning' blev et sikkerhedssystem identificeret, AVG Free.  Det lod jeg appremover afinstallere.  For saa ikke at staa uden sikkerhedssystem installerede jeg AVG Free som jeg bruger i forbindelse med windows firewall.  (Da jeg erstattede AVG betalingsloesning med AVG Free fik jeg en advarsel om manglende firewall hvorpaa jeg aktiverede windows firewall.)

Mine handlinger med appremover har ikke aendret noget med hensyn til langsommelighederne.  Har foreslag hvordan jeg skal gribe problemet an?  (Kan langsom virkning af Explorer paavirkes af eventuelle problemer med firewall?  Jeg troede at firewallen kom i aktion naar data udefra proevede at komme ind paa komputeren.)

Det var nu tidligere installerede sikkerhedsprogrammer generelt, jeg tænkte på. Den slags gi'r erfaringsmæssigt tit langsomme computere.

#5: 'Har du proevet sfc/scannow?'  Nej, jeg havde ingen anelse om hvad det var og hvad den gjorde.

Formodenligt (#9) er det den jeg finder under linket til MiniToolBox.  Det proever jeg lidt senere, jeg holder en pause i noget andet som jeg er noedt til at afslutte foerst.

Hvad er formaalet med sfc/scannow?  Hvad slags ting finder den som de andre probrammer ikke finder.

Den har intet med MiniToolBox at gøre.

(1)  sfc/scannow - tak for linket til forklaring - jeg forstaar nu at formaalet er at undersoege versionen af system filerne og, hvis versionen af en fil er forkert, saa at at erstatte den med den rigtige version.  Relevansen til problemet, langsommelighederne, er velsagtens at at systemet kan forsinkes af systemfiler med forkert version.  Det forstaar jeg nu, saa nu staar jeg overfor den naeste boelge af problemer:

(a)  Jeg ved ikke hvordan jeg skal udfoere sfc/scannow.  Jeg proevede i start menuen at klikke paa Run og saa i det fremkomne felt at skrive sfc/scannow, men det giver den meddelelse af en saadan fil ikke er fundet.  Jeg proevede saa under run at skrive Sfc.exe, men naar jeg klikkede paa OK forsvandt run vinduet helt, og andet skete der ikke.

(b)  Det kan maaske have med at goere at jeg ikke er logget ind som Administrator.  Men det ved jeg heller ikke hvordan jeg skal goere. 

Videre hjaelp til dette vil jeg vaerdsaette meget.

(2)  Men jeg fandt og koerte MiniToolBox, og jeg fik denne rapport.  Hvad fortaeller den?  Det der slog mig mest var det store antal Errors rapporten viser.

Der kommer en bjælke så længe scanningen kører, og når den er færdig, forsvinder den igen, og du får ikke andre meldinger.

f.arn: Jeg fik sfc /scannow i tale (det var mellemrummet jeg havde overset i foerste omgang).  Det er en skam at man ikke faar at vide om der var noget der skulle rettes.  Men det har ikke hjulpet paa det langsommelige.

Minitoolbox rapporten, hvordan skal jeg fortolke den?  Det bekymrer mig at der var saa mange application errors, system errors, office errors, o.s.v.  Er det et normalt billed?  Eller kan og boer det forbedres, i saafald hvordan?  Ser du en sammenhaeng mellem det og saa den langsomme virkning af Explorer?

Jeg ville oenske du ville fortaelle mig hvori det var interessant, hvilke af oplysningerne du mener kunne vaere relevant for problemet.

Jeg har koert chkdsk c:f.  Da jeg startede fik jeg meldingen at c disken var i brug og jeg blev spurgt om den skulle scannes ved restart hvilket jeg bekraeftede.  Derefter restartede jeg, og den gennemkoerte en chdsk.  Efter endt scanning forsvandt scan-vinduet uden meddelelse af nogen art.

For at jeg skal kunne foelge med og laere af processen, gider du fortaelle hvad formaalet var med chkdsk? 

Mit problem var langsom tilgang af mapper og filer i Explorer og langsom tilgang til internettet.  Disse problemer bestaar stadig.  Jeg vil gerne kunne orientere mig lidt.  Hvor er vi i undersoegelsen af mulige aarsager?

En taabe kan spoerge om mere end ti aviser kan svare paa.  Har jeg stillet saa mange dumme spoergsmaal at du har givet op?  Jeg havde haabet paa en konklusion saasom:  'Jeg har ikke, efter alle tests, fundet noget malware eller maerkelige programmer der kan forklare langsommelighederne' efterfulgt, hvis jeg var heldig, af 'men der kan vaere de og de aarsager, proev ....' eller 'jeg har set det og det der kunne forklare langsommelighederne, jeg foreslaar at du goer saadan og saadan.'

For eksempel hjalp du mig med at indse, med DDS og MiniToolBox, at der dannes en masse 'errors,' og jeg har brug for at finde ud af om det er hvad der normalt kan forventes i et komplekst system eller om mit system er sygt og hvordan det saa kan helbredes.

Men hvis du stopper her, saa haaber jeg at du opretter et svar saa jeg kan faa traaden lukket paa en ordenlig maade.

Jeg tager i morgen tidlig til Danmark og kommer tilbage fredag.  Jeg faar nok ikke gjort saa meget ved Eksperten i mellemtiden.
