Address access on the internet
"DNS-fejl serven kan ikke findes" On a local network with a hardware firewall and a computer with microsoft XP SP3, McAfee antivirus, and internet explorer 7.0 cannot access a address. We have a website www.jao.dk on one.com. Logging on to one.com gives access to many functions, but one function gives the error message. The function "statistics" with address stats.jao.dk does not work. Both samspade.org/whois and www.DNStool.com can ping stats.jao.dk. Others computers outside the local net can access the address. Chatting with one.com support advised to delete temportary files and restart the computer (did not help). The next advise to install another browser. I installed google chrome (did not help). Have tried disabling McAfee firewall (did not help). Can you help me? What and where is the problem?mvh norman
