My obvious advice to you would be not to restore the entire information store. you can do more damage.
A good and safe way to do it is to install an identical server with the same name, organization name, site name and mailbox. then restore the single mailbox there. now you can import it (archive) to a .pst file. Make the deleted mailbox on your REAL server and copy all objects from the pst file.
