Den kommer her, som svar.
God weekend.
Jeg har talt med vores support om sagen, og de informerede mig om, at du skulle køre denne ISO først:
http://www.dell.com/ (...), da den har alle de nødvendige drivers & firmware.
De sendte samtidig denne guide:
1. First, locate or download a DOS boot disk with fdisk such as cdenabv2.exe
2. Boot the system with the 1.44MB Floppy drive to its BIOS configuration and temporarily disable the onboard IDE/SCSI/SATA controllers
NOTE:
This is done to make sure the USB Flash drive is only device seen by fdisk. Otherwise it will not be able to mark the primary partition active on the USB Flash device if another device already has an active partition.
3. Attach the USB key to the system and boot to the DOS diskette created in the first step. The system's BIOS must support USB Flash Drives
4. Run fdisk from the floppy.
5. If no partitions are created on the USB flash drive create a primary partition and mark it active.
6. If a primary partition already exists, mark it active.
7. Exit out of fdisk and reboot the workstation
8. Reboot to the DOS diskette
9. Format the C: by running A:\>format c:
10. After the USB device has been formatted run A:\>sys c:
11. A message will display System Transferred
12. Finally run A:\fdisk /mbr
NOTE:
If the system BIOS does not support USB Flash drives as mass storage devices you will get a message No Fixed Disk Present when running fdisk.

6. Press Alt + B to save and exit the changes.
7. Press F2 during POST to enter setup.
8. Verify that in Boot Sequence, Hard Disk drive C: is listed and has a check mark next to it.
9. Once in setup arrow down to Hard-Disk Drive Sequence and press Enter.
10. Locate the Hard-disk-emulated USB flash drive and press the - key to move it to the top of the Hard Drive Sequence.
11. Press Alt + B to save changes and exit. The system will reboot.
12. If no CDROM/Floppy installed the USB Flash drive should be bootable.
When the system boots, it should boot to the USB Flash Drive, unless other devices such as CDROM or Floppy Drive are ahead of it in the boot order.
Håber at det går, at den er på engelsk.
