"hvordan forhindre jeg at der kan skiftes til ny formular, med samme dato"

When the formular opens it starts on today, but when you have used the form, it is now possible to change to a new form with the same date (today).It should be possible for all users to write the informations for today. It should not be able to make 2 forms on the same date.

I have a head forms with information who is on work, on that day and night. Then i have a sub form, where all information for the day is pasted, we work 24 hours a day, many users and information, should be opne all day for changes, first when date change, the report should be finished.

So ther emust be some code which is used to open the new form. I think you will find the code is filetering the new form with todays date

The reason I dont answer is I'am stocked here, and
would try to solve some other problems first. And I have
a hard time to understand some of the answers.
(I have to think a few days, before I can go on)


As my username says I am newbee, and still have to learn a lot.

The problem is when I open the form, it will restart a new record, on today. I have a Headform and a subform. The head form should only be filled ut when starting up first time. The rest of the day, when starting the report, it should stay on the same head form, not start a new report.

I have a hard to explain what I mean ?

Yes by making the date unique, then it is not posibble
to make 2 reports on the same day.
