Access denied

Hej med jer.
Jeg er ved at lave lidt på siden www.dolleruptorp.dk
Her har jeg et web wiz forum, og i dette forum kan man få seneste forumindlæg på forsiden ved at kopiere en kode (som ligger i en mappe der hedder extras).
Når jeg kopierer koden får jeg fejlen:

msxml3.dll error '80070005'
Access is denied.
/index2.asp, line 121

Linie 121 ser således ud:
