Illustrator og Array problem

Jeg bruger følgende kode i VB6 til at styre Adobe Illustrator, hvor det fungerer fint.

lDocRef = lAppRef.Documents.Add
lText = lDocRef.TextFrames.Add

lText.Position = Array(200, 200)

lText.Contents = "Hello"

I VB.NET brokker den sig over Array(200, 200)
Den skriver 'Array' is a type and cannot used as an expression.

Hvordan skriver jeg koden så det virker i VB.NET?
