Nybegynder med IIS - konfigurationsproblemer

Hej, jeg sidder i øjeblikket og fedter med noget VB.net og dertil skal jeg benytte mig af IIS, men det vil ikke helt som jeg vil. Jeg vil tro at det er IIS der skal hjælpes lidt på vej da den oplyser mig at den ikke kan tilgå metabasen.

Jeg får følgende fejl uanset om jeg bare prøver at lave et website eller hvad jeg gør, når jeg vil tilgå det. Jeg har holdt mit test-website så simpelt som overhovedet muligt, standard navn og det eneste "indhold" er en label.

Jeg har forsøgt at følge Microsoft's link men det gjorde mig ikke meget klogere. Er der nogle af jer som har oplevet dette før og ved hvad jeg skal gøre og hvor jeg skal kigge henne? (Igen, jeg er nybegynder med IIS).
