Clickonce installations fejl

Jeg har igennem et stykke tid brugt clickonce til deploy software, det har faktisk fungeret ret godt, men oplever jeg at nogle af mine klienter ikke kan bruge clickonce mere, jeg kan ikke regne ud hvorfor.  Som man kan se i log filen er det ved en ekstern komponent manifest den fejler, jeg tænkte at der måske var noget galt med den dll, men det virker på andre af mine klienter så det burde ikke være der er noget galt. Men for lige at sikre mig det oprettede jeg et lille test projekt uden nogle ekstern komponenter  og prøvede at publish og fejlen er den samme, er stopper den bare exe filen i stedet, men fejl er den samme. Er der nogen der har en ide om hvad der er galt?
