Hjææælp - Add/Remove side til en guild (World of warcraft

Hi guys and gals :)

I have a begging request on a mod/add for my guilds (world of warcraft) homepage...
I use the wonderfull wonderfull e107 system..

The thing i want is a Add and Remove page - so my guild members kan add and remove themself from a Raid (Dungeon run)

I have a couple of sites php code (got it of a player i know - and he have agreed me using this)

I honestly dont know if its any good.... - U can check it out on www.guildsunited.org and then Raids (Press the Headline of the run ex. URBS or MC RAID or Zul'Gurub - - OBS. it have to be underlined to be a working existing raid)

The function of the site is that it check if u are in the database (signed up) ig u are it adds u - if u then press it again it removes u.
It also have some player classes prewritten so to say:
So u always have 25% healers (Priest, Druids)
and a max number of other classes. (Rogue, Hunter, Paladin, Mage, Warlock, Warrior)


The way i want the thing to function is that (Like the html form - found in the zip file) - that u have a box were u can write your name, a drop downbox with classes (hunter, mage ect.) a password (So noone else can remove you) and thats it...
So that in the event calender (From e107 own menus) i can put a simple link to the signup page - when u click it a new window will pup up, u will then se two rows (players who are allready signed up to the left + class and to the right the signup part with pass word class (Dropdown menu) and so on.

i dont need the html form to make a raid, since i will be using the calender for that...

as a guideline to the layout iv made this little frontpage thingy.

also a small guid is needed if im gonna create a database in mysql or something..
