Can you build me an Access database?

I am in the process of setting up a business in Denmark, which should be ready to trade by 1.12.05.
Am am looking for a competent person who can create a purpose  built Access database for my company.
The database has obviously got to be in Danish, and without giving too many secrets away, it appears to be quite complicated (I´m a mac user myself!!).
Fees and prices/løn are up for discussion , but the most important thing is, that I can find a VERY talented individual who can give me EXACTLY what I want, and the database to be able to perform how I want it to.
So, the question is, Is that you?
No timewasters/wanabees please. This is a serious request.
You must obviously be fluent in English and preferebly live near to or in the "Østjylland" area if possible.
