Projekt Management i Lous Notes/Domino

We are currently looking for a Project / Task Management application. This application can be eighter a standard application or a customer build application for our purpose specially. We are using Lotus Domino as workgroup and e-mail application and integration to Lotus Domino will therefore be prefferede - though not a requirement.

Here is an example of creating a new task in a project that the application must support
1) Project Manager A(PM-A) creates a task with a deadline
2) PM-A assign this task to Project Member B(PM-B)
3) PM-B accept this task and the deadline and the task is now "in progress" by PM-B

or

1) Project Manager A(PM-A) creates a task with a deadline
2) PM-A assign this task to Project Member B(PM-B)
3) PM-B accept this task but propose a new deadline
4) PM-A must now accept or refuse this deadline. If a new deadline is proposed the flow will start over from step 3

or

1) Project Manager A(PM-A) creates a task with a deadline
2) PM-A assign this task to Project Member B(PM-B)
3) PM-B denies this task
4) PM-A must now accept or refuse this denial. If the denial is accepted then PM-A must change the task and the flow will start over from step 3

- Create templates of common projects that occur frequently
- Auto notification - Email alert when tasks are due or overdue
- Customize email alerts when projects are due or overdue
- Automatically logging of document changes.
- Schedule features
- Availability Management & Capacity Planning
- Consolidation functions
- Project monitoring
- Monitor resources used, estimated and actual costs, deliverables, task progression
- Assign documents and files to projects, deliverables, task progression
- Security Restrictions (It should be possible to define which users may edit a project or task in it's different states)
- MS-Project Integration (Export/Import projects to Microsoft Project)
