IDE ikke detected ved første boot
Alene fordi jeg ikke gider og skrive det hele igen så kommer det her på engelsk:I got a SATA and a IDE HDD and a DVD drive in my system. When I boot, BIOS only detects the SATA disk and as windows xp is on the IDE hdd, I get a system boot failure, insert bootdisk. If I then press crtl+alt+del and reboot, it detects all drives correctly, but still boot failure. So I reboot again, change the boot priority in BIOS, so that the IDE boots first, saves and exits, and it all works out fine. Until I turn off my pc and want to boot it up again, then I have to start alle over. I have checked all cables, and they are in as they should be, all jumpers is set correctly.
I'm using a hole new system. All HDD are new, and was formattet prior to use and installment.
I'm using BIOS r1.11
It's a clean install, didn't ghost it or anything like that.
Found out that if I boot the computer wait 3 sec or so then reset it, it boot's up fine.
It seems like it does not detect the IDE cable fast enough before proseeding.
CMOS has been cleared 2 times now - and settings set to default, but problem remains.
IDE cable changed to new cable.
Problem remains.
IDE HDD changed to an old 4gb IDE HDD that I had, and the computer booted up as it should.
I put back in the "new" HDD and it failed to boot again.
CMOS battery replaced to new battery
IDE HDD replaced with new one.
Nogen som ved hvad der er problemet?
