Web Server Requirements
Your web server must allow the use of HTML forms on your web site. FormMail.pl and sendmail are used on Unix based servers to process the information entered on your forms, and send the responses by email to you. JMail and Blat.exe is used on Windows based servers to process the information entered on your web survey forms, and email the responses to you.
A properly installed command line mail program such as formmail, jmail, or blat.exe is an absolute web server requirement to receive emails from the web-based HTML surveys.
