You can use DTS to do this. There is LOTS of help in Books Online

Try using the DTS Export wizard. Right click the dB you want to use and then follow the instructions. At some stage you are asked if you want to run now, or later. Or Save DTS Package. You can save the DTS Package and then schedule it ro run later.

Yes it should be possible although I havent tried it myself.
In books online enter FTP in the search field and you should see a number of topics.

In DTS it is also possible to use your own ActiveX (VB code) modules. So it can really do anything you want if you are prepared to learn it.
