localhost ændres??

Jeg har besluttet at lære PHP derfor har jeg installeret apache 2.0,php, mysql, phpmyadmin.
Jeg har insalleret som følger:
Apache C:\Apache2
Php C:\Apache2\php
Mysql C:\mysql
Dette fungere vist også fint ;.)
MEN! nu kommer mit problem så. Når jeg opretter virtuelle hosts i min httpd.conf så ændres min localhost sig fra at være C:\Apache2\htdocs til at være C:\www\galleriette
hvorfor gør den det??
For det resultere i at jeg ikke kan komme ind i min phpadmin da den jo lægger i http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/index.php.
