The Outlook custom form does not work properly on Thin Clients

Hej
Nedestående spørgsmål er skrevet på engelsk men håber ikke det forhindre nogle i at finde et svar!

Problem: The Outlook custom form does not work properly on Thin Clients working through a Terminal Server.

I have published a new Outlook custom form in the Organization Forms Library. The new form is standard form so all mail is read with this form and all new mail are compose with this form.

The Outlook custom form does not work properly on Thin Clients working through a Terminal Server. The form works perfect on Thick Clients (not using the Terminal Server). After a form has been published the form works fine on the Thin Clients for a while, but then after a while (between 5 minutes and half-a-day) the user gets the following error message and the original outlook form is used.
    The error message in Danish:
“Den brugerdefinerede formular kun ikke åbnes. Outlook bruger en Outlook-formular i stedet. Den formular, der skal bruges til at vise denne meddelelse kan ikke vises. Kontakt administratoren.”
My own translation of this error message:
“The form you selected could not be displayed. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead.  The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator.”
The above message is display every time the user tries to read or open a mail. The below message is shown when the user tries to reply, forward or compose a mail. And no new mail form is shown.
    The error message in Danish:
“ Den formular, der skal bruges til at vise denne meddelelse kan ikke vises. Kontakt administratoren.”
My own translation of this error message:
“The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator.”

If the user then clears the form cache through “Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options… | Custom forms… | Manage forms | Clear Cache” and restarts Outlook. Then the form works perfect again.
I have applied the instructions in KB302003. This was done to get the VBScript in the form to work.
I have also applied the instructions in KB278110. This was an attempt to solve the mentioned problem, but this does not seam to have any affect.
I have look at KB331788 and found that this could be my problem but I don’t know how to test if this is really it! I have tried to remove all Preview Panes but I still have the problem. And if it is this that is the problem why does it then work on Thick Clients?

I hope someone know the solution to this problem. If You need more information please do not hesitate to contact me. Below you will find some information about the environment I am working within.

Yours sincerely

Klaus

The environment:
Exchange Server:
Win NT 4 Server (SP 6) Build 1381
MS Exchange 5.5 (SP3) Build 2650.24
Terminal Server:

Citrix – MetaFrame ver 1.80 Build 663 SP2
Clients - Thin ( without HD ):

Clients - Thick ( do not use terminal server ):

Note 1:
Outlook with SP2 will not open normal mails with the custom form. This issue has been reported to Microsoft, and been admitted by MS to be at SP2 problem.

Extra Info:
The new form uses user-defined fields, text boxes, labels, buttons and VBScript that is activate through the Open, Close, Read, Reply, ReplyAll, Forward and CustomPropertyChange event handlers.
