Samba og w2k
Hey, jeg er efterhånden ved at tabe en magtkamp med min Linux server hvad angår samba. Jeg kan ikke få sat den op så jeg kan logge ind på den med de brugere jeg har oprettet på serveren.
Jeg kan se den på netværket, men ikke komme ind med begrundelsen: The account is not authorized to log in from this station.
Det er jo ikke skidefedt, så lidt assistance kunne være rart. :)
du skal lige præcisere hvad du mener med "den med de brugere jeg har oprettet på serveren." - hvis det er linux-brugerne som ikke kan logge ind, så har loaded ret - så skal du tillige oprette dem i samba userdatabase.
Fandt frem til en fil der hedder smbpasswd under /etc/samba/smbpasswd Den siger noget med: Failed to find entry for user xxx Failed to modify password entry for user xxx
