Counter-Strike Admin Mod Ingame Menu (VGUI)

Greetings everyone... I am at the moment working on a way to make adminmod more FAR MORE userfriendly... I just need a little help with a few problems...

First of all I have made a pretty cool VGUI already but I am pretty new to adminmod and VGUI, and need some help/hints...

First of all I have a Commandmenu.cfg which is working just fine etc, and all the commands i have in this menu are working great... Though I have one problem... I was wondering if I could put some of all the long commands into another *.cfg file somewhere else and then make the commandmenu.cfg "know" where to find the command... some alias which is placed in another directory in my MOD directory, called CFG_FILES for instance... - Anyway, how is that possible...

And example is this line in the command.cfg:
"3" "Admin_Csay commands"
{
"1" "view stats" "admin_csay View your stats here: http://212.242.55.168"
}

And I would like it to look like this:

"3" "Admin_Csay commands"
{
"1" "view stats" "csay_stats"
}

Then the commandmenu.cfg should KNOW that the alias for csay_stats would be: admin_csay View your stats here: http://212.242.55.168
Because it is located in some other file on the machine with loads of other aliases...

Once again... I am a n00b with adminmod/VGUI, and know nothing about programming this kind of stuff. But i have programmed a lot of other C++ / Delphi stuff, and i am a fast learner...

Another thing I would like to add to my little menu is variables...

What I basicly wan't is some way to save the current online users in a variable, and make them appear in a menu in the VGUI...

Goes like this.. I wan't to ban a player and don't wan't to use time to goto console, write status and then write: "rcon banid [TIME] [WONID] KICK"
Rather it could be cool if 1 of my menu's in my VGUI looks like this:

"3" "Ban player Permanent"
{
"1" "[´`?=/&%%=OSAMA``((E¤¤%]"

The weird name in the "[]" is the player name, and when I push this button the variable would know his IP and WONID also... and therefore automaticly (With my script and the variable you hopefully can help me with) write this to the console: "BANID 0 112254 KICK"

How do I make a variable like this???

I really need some help or some kind of URL which might be helpful in my little quest... If i succed in this I will ofcourse put it online on my (own) company's homepage as freeware...

Thx.

--- Dette er noget jeg har skrevet til adminmod.org's forum uden at få et svar der kunne hjælpe mig... Håber i kan hjælpe mig lidt med at udvikle denne dejlige adminmod grafisk brugerflade menu... :)
