Its not possible to give a colour to a record in a table, but its possible to give a row in a form a colour using conditional formatting, but you need to be more specific as to when it gets a specific colour...

I have made a simple example which has the four "afkrysningsfelter" in a table.

On a form there are the four "afkrysningsfelter" and a status field. The form is based on a query which has a calculated field for statu which gets its value from calling a function which calculates the value of status from the status of each of the "afkrysningsfelter".

Then on the form there is a conditional format on the status field and if it is 100 then the field is green.
