TotalView like tool for linux, joomla

If you go to Totalview.com and choose total availability, this is what I am trying to find as extension for joomla.

I have a virtual team of technicians who are located in different places in the world. They need to cover different time zones and different languages.

I am trying to find some kind of tool to manage them, schedule them and see their coverage.

Do you people know anything like that? cheap or free for joomla maybe?
