Trods Mikael Ljungmans irritation i retten over advokat-titlen, hev anklageren endnu et dokument frem.

From Stein Bagger
To: Lord Mikael Ljungman
Mikael,
First of all thank you for being willing to talk to the journalist Mr. Thomas Jensen, which also is cc on this email, as he is working on a article regarding IT FACTORY.
Could I kindly ask to send Mr. Jensen an email stating when you to give him a call.
I thank you in advance.

Subject: RE: Request for an answer to a journalist from Computerworld
Dear Stein,
Yes we are very busy at the moment, but if you promised the journalist with an answer tomorrow - we will of course provide you with answers to his questions.
We do not have an official website where the customer can get a trial or subscribe to our solutions, including the solutions that we white label from you. When our sales force has sold a solution to our customers, we provide the customer with a URL from which the customer can log in. We do not have a business model, like Amazon, our model is more like hosting companies or outsourcing companies.
Do you know why this is important; are there any non-compliant issues regarding the use of third party licenses - or something else? I have asked internally, and the answer I get is that we should be compliant.
Hope that this was answer enough.
Kind regards
Mikael
Subject: Outrageous allegations and inquires.
Dear Stein,
Thank you for your phone call. I'm still speechless over this 2005 deja vu witch hunt.
I must say though, it's amazing what a non existing company can do. Do anybody belief we could open up a bank account in USA for a non existing company doing international transaction of millions of dollars and in foreign currencies. It's so absurd that it reminds me of a Swedish (ex) Journalist, writing a piece how outrageous and capitalistic it was to release books, (here it comes), based on the amazing success Lord of the Rings "movie" trilogy????
I have enclosed the Delaware Formation Certificate. As you can read we have been non existing company since May 2006.
Until February 2008 eCommerce LLC was a individually owned company, after this date it's wholly owned by Media Power. The reason to buy the company was eCommerce earlier mobile development and the eCommerce online solutions and there business with your successful company. There are of course more reasons than these but I'm prohibited to say, (as you know) at the moment though to patent applications, mergers and the also soon released business strategy. By the way, this non existing company has filed tax returns in California, Delaware, State and for me personally.
You also mentioned about the "Fraud" Gizmondo. Please read this links. Amazing that what Google can give you… (Ooh, sorry the news was earlier than 2005). As you know Gizmondo earned designs awards.
